On Halloween weekend, we have a number of extremely exciting NFL matchups ready and waiting. With a 12pm ET kick off, there’s a highly-anticipated AFC North clash as the Pittsburgh Steelers travel to the Cleveland Browns! Both are looking to compete for a playoff spot - who will win on Sunday afternoon?
It’s been an up-and-down season for the Steelers in 2021, and they are currently bottom of the AFC North. Before their bye in the latest week of the NFL season, Pittsburgh secured a 23-20 overtime win against the Seattle Seahawks. The Steelers have also beaten the Broncos & Bills this season - two very impressive results for the franchise. However, losses to the Raiders, Bengals & Packers leave the Steelers 3-3 on the year. Now, they face a clash with division rivals, the Browns.
In their latest matchup, the Cleveland Browns were able to overcome a tough Denver Broncos side. The Browns also managed to do this without the stud backs of Nick Chubb & Kareem Hunt, who were both sidelined due to injury. However, up stepped D’Ernest Johnson, racking up 146 rushing yards & a TD to help with the win. This was needed for Cleveland, who were coming off back-to-back losses to the LA Chargers & the undefeated Arizona Cardinals. Now, the Browns will look to continue their momentum into week 8.
Star running back Chubb may be back for the Browns in week 8, but from what we saw with Johnson’s first start in the league, Cleveland are in safe hands in the run game. It’s going to be a close affair on Sunday afternoon, but we are thinking that the Browns edge the final score.
That’s why our latest NFL betting tip for Steelers @ Browns is the Cleveland Browns to win by a winning margin of 1-6 points! With BetMGM, you can find odds of +310 - make the most of some generous odds today!
