The current constitution

Indianapolis ColtsColts Defeated in Opening Two Games

It’s been a tough start to the season for the Indianapolis Colts, who find themselves without a win in the first two games of the 2021 regular season. During the opening weekend, the Colts hosted Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks, and found themselves trailing 21-10 at half-time. Indianapolis couldn’t get going, and ended up losing 28-16. With an improved performance, the Colts then faced another NFC West franchise, the LA Rams. However, one huge downside heading into the battle with the Titans is that starting QB Carson Wentz is out of action after his injury late in the game last weekend.

Tennessee TitansTitans Record First Win of the Season in Overtime

After a disappointing loss during the opening weekend to the Arizona Cardinals, the Titans bounced back in week 2, securing a win in overtime against another NFC West team, this time against the Seattle Seahawks. Despite trailing 24-9 at the half, star running back Derrick Henry showed why he is one of the best backs in the league - and it’s hard to argue otherwise. With 235 all-purpose yards on the day, Henry really is the Titans’ main weapon, but it’s hard to stop for any franchise. Now, they’re heading into their first divisional game of the season.

Head to Head

As AFC South rivals, it’s safe to say that the Colts and Titans are extremely familiar with one another, and do have a rivalry that dates back far. Both will be looking for bragging rights, and as both are looking for a place in the playoffs, a win in week 3 would be significant. When we see their past head to head encounters, it’s the Colts that have the competitive edge, winning three of the last five. On top of that, Tennessee have not beaten the Colts at home since 2017. However, the Titans won in their most recent matchup last season, so it’s certainly all to play for in this upcoming fixture.

Our Betting Tip for Today

After analyzing all of the above, our team is predicting that both teams will be scoring points in this one, but ultimately, the Tennessee Titans should be too strong for their division rivals. So, our betting tip for this matchup is the Tennessee Titans to win & over 42.5 total points to be scored inside the four quarters!

Tennessee TitansTitans to Win & Go 2-1 on the Season

A win here would be vital for the Tennessee Titans, which is why we’re predicting that they will do just that on Sunday. When looking at the Titans’ schedule, the two games following should be victories for them (Jets & Jaguars), so a win over the Colts would give them a huge boost of confidence and give them a great opportunity to start off their winning record. The Colts’ defense will work hard to stop the weapons on the opposition’s offense, but it will be a tough challenge.

With BetMGM, there is a market for the Tennessee Titans to win & over 42.5 total points at odds of +120 - some appealing and enticing odds for you to make the most of this weekend!
