This weekend, we’re going to see an extremely exciting AFC North battle, as the Baltimore Ravens head to Heinz Field to face the Pittsburgh Steelers. This is the two franchises’ first clash of the season, with the second matchup in the final week of the regular season! Who will take the first bragging rights?
On prime time football, the Baltimore Ravens were able to overcome AFC North rivals the Cleveland Browns in a tight affair. The Ravens came away with a 16-10 win, and improved to 8-3 on the year. Despite star QB Lamar Jackson throwing four picks on Sunday evening, Baltimore managed to beat the Browns in a hard-fought win. Now, the Ravens have back-to-back victories, and are heading into the later weeks of the regular season in the driving seat of the AFC North.
In contrast to their upcoming opponents, the Pittsburgh Steelers are on a very poor run in recent weeks, which was evident in their latest game against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Steelers left the Paul Brown Stadium with an extremely disappointing 10-41 loss, which also means back-to-back losses for Pittsburgh (and an overtime tie against the poor Detroit Lions). Coming up against another division rival this weekend, the Steelers will want to perform much better on the field and make a last-ditch attempt at featuring in the playoffs.
We’re tipping the Baltimore Ravens to head back to Maryland with another win in the regular season for the franchise. As a divisional game, we are predicting that it will be a close encounter, despite the differences in season for the two. However, at Heinz Field, the Steelers will make it difficult for their opponents on Sunday.
Our betting tip for the Ravens @ Steelers is here: The Baltimore Ravens -3.5 point spread & under 45 total points. Unibet are offering odds of +255 - place your bet today!
