Baltimore Ravens travel to face Buffalo Bills on Sunday for an NFL play-off game that many pundits are tipping to be the game of the weekend. Over the past seven weeks, these two teams have been playing as well as anyone in the league in recent weeks and both are on a streak of victories. Two of the league’s best quarterbacks will be in opposition, and both teams have the capability to go on and win the Super Bowl if they can come out with a victory on Sunday. Read on to see where we think you can find the best betting value!

Lamar Jackson versus Josh Allen

Fans of great quarterback play should be in for a real treat on Sunday when the Ravens’ Lamar Jackson and the Bills Josh Allen are in opposition. Jackson is the current NFL MVP, but he may be wearing a glove on Sunday as a result of a thumb injury. He managed to cope with the problem during last weekend’s 20-13 wildcard win over the Tennessee Titans. Interestingly, Jackson has never played a game in the snow in his career, and has stated this week that he does not want to break that run any time soon. Ravens fans might be wise to keep an eye on the weather forecast for New York State. There is currently a 40% chance of snow showers for Buffalo on Saturday night. If it snows then Jackson’s passing game is likely to be affected – it did not look especially sharp last weekend, though he ran the ball well.

Josh Allen’s stats for the season are impressive. The Bills QB completed 396 of 572 passes, throwing for 4544 yards and 37 touchdowns. He has been intercepted 10 times this season. His on-field relationship with wide receiver Stefon Diggs has been a key part of the Bills’ success this season and they linked up effectively once more in the win over Indianapolis Colts last weekend. They will both need to play well to pierce a Ravens defense that allows an average of just 13 points per game this season.

Our Pick: Bills to win against a -6.5 points spread

Our pick for this game comes from 888Sport, where you can find a tempting price of +170 for betting on the Bills with a -6.5 point spread. We suspect that home advantage and the possibility of snow will suit Josh Allen more than it suits Lamar Jackson. For this reason, we expect the Bills to win by more than seven points, but it should be a hugely entertaining contest, even if the weather decides to intervene.

Our pick: Bills to win against a -6.5 spread @ +170 with 888Sport
