Resorts World Bet US Bonus Offer - Here’s what we know

Similar to most online gambling reviews about new launches, all we know is that the operator does not offer any promos or bonus offers in its current home of Nevada, but there is a buzz about it making its official launch in New York even grander by adding a delicious offer for newcomers.

Bonus offers are a great way to draw new customers, so if Resorts World Bet US opts out of offering a Resorts World Bet promo, they may regret it. From our side, we expect a competitive bonus deal that’ll help put Resorts World Bet in line with the Big Boys.

Usability, Look & Feel - Resorts World Bet US prefers simplicity

For the Resorts World Bet US launch, which does not have an official date yet but is expected to happen prior to the start of the SuperBowl in February 2022, we expect the launch of an app for New York State. Currently, there is an app that customers can use in their land-based casino in the state of Nevada, but there is no desktop site.

The app has some good and simple functionality built into its design. Because this operator offers live betting, the main page has live betting as one of its main categories, along with featured games and local games, if available. This gives you three great and practical choices from the get-go that you can use to decide what you want to do.

At the bottom of the screen, there are more navigation options, including one where you can view all the sports Resorts World Bet US offers for wagering.

There are some features that can improve when it comes to search functionality. For one, allowing users to search via a specific league after choosing a sport and not having to do it the long way around by going back to the main menu and choosing the required league.

However, we think that overall, simplicity is key as you can always build on it to improve an app. We’ll have to wait and see if the new app looks and feels any different.

Payments — A bit limited, but there’s potential

Payment options are crucial if an online sportsbook wants to attract a wide variety of customers, a point that is clearly illustrated in our DraftKings review.  The key to funding your Resorts World Bet US account and subsequent wagering is to have a Play+ account. This is currently the only way to get the betting games going with this operator. However, Play+ is actually quite versatile.

If you register with Play+, you can not only fund your Resorts World Bet US account but also get a prepaid card you can use at selected retailers for shopping - and even if you want to get something to eat!

Additionally, Play+ is also compatible with other major payment methods like PayPal and major credit card brands, which makes it worth your while. After the launch, the operator may want to consider expanding deposit and withdrawal methods to boost Resorts World Bet ratings.

Customer Service - Resorts World Bet US is on the map

At the time of publishing one of the most detailed Resorts World Bet reviews, which is this one, your favorite CaptainGambling.com sports betting experts had little information about the operator’s customer support services, its reliability, and whether it’s available on the current Nevada-based app.

What we can tell you is that Resorts World Bet US, which already has a license to operate in the State of New York, is active on several social media platforms and reachable via phone and physical address both in Nevada and its new domain, New York City via its land-based partner, Resorts World Catskills. Here’s how you can currently check up on the operator via its land-based partner in New York:

  • Instagram: @ResortsWorldCatskills
  • Facebook: @resortsworldcatskills
  • Twitter: @ResortsWorldNYC
  • Phone: 833-586-9358
  • Physical address: 888 Resorts World Dr, Monticello, NY 12701

We expect the operator to have a customer support service ready at the time of the New York launch that is focused directly on New York-based customers. Hopefully, this customer support system will be in the form of a live chat function on the app or 24-hour contact service. As seen in our BetMGM review, offering the most comprehensive kind of support to customers is a valuable asset.

License & Security - Resorts World Bet US is above board

Is Resorts World Bet reliable? Is Resorts World Bet secure? These will always be burning questions when customers get to know a new face in the online sports betting arena.

Resorts World has obtained a gaming license in both Nevada and New York. The New York State Gaming Commission will oversee the Resorts World Bet online sportsbook in the state of New York and make sure that the operator offers a fair wagering experience to all of its customers. There’s nothing to worry about — you can safely bet with Resorts World Bet US as it is regulated and governed by the New York State Gaming Commission.

This licensing also means that your funds are safe if you decide to open an account with Resorts World Bet US. The New York State Gaming Commission oversees all of Resorts Sportbook’s activities, including the way the operator works with its customer’s funds.

This means that Resorts World Bet US cannot freeze or withhold customers’ funds because of the state’s authoritative presence. If a wager wins, the sportsbook is obligated to pay out the funds on a legal basis, which means that you never have to worry about not receiving your legal payout.

Customers can also request the withdrawal of funds from their accounts when they choose without having difficulty accessing their money. These issues needn’t ever be on your mind because any licensed and legal sportsbook that does not follow the guidelines and rules set down by the state would risk losing its license.

Rewards & Loyalty Program - We’re optimistic

We currently know that Resorts World Bet as it’s based in Nevada does not offer any promotions or bonus deals for new customers. However, that’s no reason to doubt the operator from the get-go. Ultimately, with Resorts World Bet US doing such a public launch in New York, we seriously doubt the absence of a great bonus sign-up deal, especially when looking at a competitor like Pointsbet in our PointsBet review. If you’re visiting CaptainGambling.com regularly, you don’t have to worry anyway, ‘cause you’ll be the first to know.

Betting Markets - Nine different sports

Resorts World sportsbook offers users nine different sports that customers can bet on. These sports include basketball, football, soccer, baseball, hockey, boxing, tennis, MMA, and golf. Bettors can wager on both professional and collegiate football and basketball as well as the European and MLS soccer leagues.

Spreads and moneylines are the order of the day, but the operator does not offer player prop bets. However, individual team total betting is also accepted. For example, when it comes to future betting, Resorts World Bet currently allows its customers to bet on who will win a league championship. Parlays, teasers, and Round Robins are also on the table.

Odds - On par with the rest

Resorts World Bet US’s odds look relatively similar to its main competitors in the State of New York. For an operator entering the big leagues of online sports betting in New York, having decent odds or at least odds that are on par with the most popular operators is definitely a plus.

Live Betting & Streaming - Live betting available

Resorts Sportsbook has the fantastic option of live betting to offer all of its New York-based customers. When placing live bets, customers can also place first half and first quarter bets on top of all the other wagering options, and live betting is available on a wide variety of the most popular sports.

Limits - What are they like?

There is not a lot of information available about the limits Resorts World Bet usually sets when it comes to wagering, but we don’t expect them to be unreasonable. We suspect that this information will be available on the New York-based app after the launch.

Product Summary - A promising addition to the NY betting scene

Resorts World Bet US looks like a promising new player in the field of New York online sports betting. With acceptable odds, a decent market depth, and the expectation of a smashing bonus deal, we’re looking forward to seeing the full spectrum of what this operator has to offer.

resorts world bet is great if it provides bets on a sport you like to bet on. if not you should go somewhere else. fortunately i am a tennis fan so i am good to use it and i really like it

almost too many bets to look at so it can be confusing at least to begin with
  4. The best betting site you've never heard of
    Jocelyn

They're all about top sports so bear that in mind if you're going to use them. If you're fed up with complicated sportsbook designs though, Resorts World Bet is a great alternative. I visited out of curiosity and ended up signing up - and I'm still there months later. Great odds, plenty of wagers, and quick loading too.

  5. good for live and up next betting
    JK

Why are so many sportsbooks overly complicated when Resorts World Bet gets it right? They should be way more famous than they are.

Betting can be uneven with plenty of wagers for one match and only one or two for a similar one in the same sport, not sure why.
