FanDuel NY: Legal or not?

NY sports betting is alive and kicking - and what a ride it’s been already. 

The launch day took place on Saturday, January 8 and was a massive success, with millions of New Yorkers signing up to wager on the final weekend of the regular NFL season - plus other sports, of course.

FanDuel legally permits its account holders to place bets from inside the borders of all US gambling states in which they operate.
