So is BetMGM legal in New York?
BetMGM wasn’t one of the four sportsbooks that launched in New York on January 8. FanDuel, DraftKings, Caesars Sportsbook and BetRivers all went live in NY on launch after they were approved by the New York State Gaming Commission just a couple of days beforehand.
