Is BallyBet legal in new york?
Not yet, but it will be very soon.
While BallyBet Sportsbook wasn’t one of the four that were given the go-ahead to launch on January 8, it is one of the four sportsbooks that has been pre-approved to launch later this year. We can therefore expect to see BallyBet go live in New York sometime in the very near future.
When will BallyBet Sportsbook NY launch?
At this stage, no exact launch date for BallyBet New York has been announced, however, we’re expecting to have a date very soon. What we can say for sure is that it will definitely be sometime in 2022 - most likely within the first few months.
We only had to wait nine days after the January 8 launch day for a fifth NY sportsbook to go live, as BetMGM launched on January 17. Things are moving much faster than expected, meaning we should see BallyBet go live very soon - perhaps even in time for the Super Bowl on February 9.
When the BallyBet New York launch date is confirmed and announced, we will be the first to let you know.
