A sporty, city-girl would be the best description of me, I reckon. Also, I’m a total larrikin. I’ve lived in Sydney all my life, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I’ve always been the sporty Sheila in the group, and while I was in high school, I played every sport imaginable and competed in the 400m on a national level at Athletics Australia.
When I got to Uni at the University of Sydney, I played tennis and football, but I also developed an interest in the sports betting world, especially online sports betting. While I completed my studies, I was the sports editor of the University of Sydney newsletter, where I covered all the sports features related to the Uni itself and major sports news.
I graduated with a degree in English Literature and immediately started looking for a writing position in the city. With my background in sports and evolving sports betting expertise, I started off at a small news agency, where I, unfortunately, had to cover all the tabloid-related news.
That was definitely not for me, so I started keeping an eye out for another opportunity, and found one that was right up my alley.
I now attend iGaming conferences when I can and specialize in all things sports betting, especially rugby, tennis, and the US Big Four. If you have a question about sports betting, I’m your girl!

Above all the Captain demands transparency — and he gets that by seeing over the production of brutally honest bookmaker reviews. Only through constructive criticism will he weed out Dodgybookie and his evil bookie cronies.
