They say they will respond within 24-hours but we found that they typically respond much sooner than that so you can get your queries resolved in no time. When you click on the live chat feature, Swopstakes all give you a search within the message box to search their available helpful articles just in case your question or problem can more easily be solved by some light reading. Aside from that, you can also contact Swopstakes via their email address @support@swopstakes.com. In terms of our actual dealings with the support team, we were more than satisfied. The attention to detail and the overall professionalism of the technical support staff was fantastic.

And in all honesty, our Swopstakes ratings did not take too big a knock for their lack of a rewards program.
