Hi, I’m Kane, and I’m pretty sure you won’t forget my name. I’m a contributor and sports betting expert, at your service.
Growing up in Devonport was really some of the best times of my life. I didn’t care much about school when it came to getting high marks, but I competed in absolutely everything resembling a sport, whether it be Footy, cricket, or rugby. Surfing was one of my favorite sports, and I would take Sheila (my board) out for a spin at 6 AM every Saturday and Sunday morning. Only proper surf shorts for me, though - I’m not into budgie smugglers. In the arvo, I’d be kicking around a rugby ball with my mates until my mum had to come and get me for supper.
You’re probably wondering how a bogan like me got into writing, and that’s a fair question. Well, I’m no bludger, and one of the things I was always good at is writing. That, along with my love of sports and my trusty lappy got me looking into a side of sports I’ve never looked at before - sports betting.
After going to Uni and obtaining a degree in marketing, I wanted to enter the world of sports betting and online gambling, and despite having to move back in with my rellies for a while, I started pushing out some engaging content on sports betting in the land of the Mozzies that was published by several local newsagents and got the attention of a Big Fish in Sydney. However, I decided to continue working remotely instead of moving to Sydney for an office writing job, which allowed me to spend quality time with my Sheila while doing the best job in the world.
Keeping my eyeballs fixated on international and local sports events as well as the offerings from local and international bookies, I evolved into a full-time online sports betting writer and seasoned expert. I got a top job that allowed me to watch and research sports and sports betting every day, even while wearing my thongs, and produce great content and advice for all the True Blue sports betting fans.
You can ask me about online casino games if you want to, but I’ll revert the conversation right back to its rightful topic - sports.
Above all the Captain demands transparency — and he gets that by seeing over the production of brutally honest bookmaker reviews. Only through constructive criticism will he weed out Dodgybookie and his evil bookie cronies.
